1lb pork (thinly sliced)
oil
crushed garlic
chopped onion
diced tomato
8oz bagoong (1jar)
vinegar
2 cups water
sugar
-heat oil in pan (enough to cover the bottom of the pan) and fry sliced pork until brown
- saute garlic, onions and tomatoes after pork has browned. add tomaoes last
- add water, bagoong, sugar and vinegar
*add only a small amount of vinegar and sugar at first and adjust to your taste…
- let pot simmer to let the flavors seep in and wait until pork becomes tender. stir occasionally and wait for sauce to reduce…
* best served with green mangoes on the side…
